Recently Islamic extremists “rejoiced in America’s misfortune, declaring in Internet chatter that Katrina had joined the global holy war. With “God’s help,” they declared, oil prices would hit $100 a barrel.” Good times. I wonder where God’s help was for this gem: 695 Dead, 180 Hurt in Iraq Bridge Stampede.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. apparently feels the same way. He has already written an article blaming Mississippi’s Republican governor Haley Barbour for the hurricane hitting her state because of her opposition to the Kyoto accords. Now normally such an inflamatory statement would make me irate but that’s not the case here. See, the way I see it, I’d rather have Bobby writing an article like this than carrying on with other typical Kennedy pasttimes such as driving girls over cliffs and killing them and raping women. So I’ll turn my cheek on this one.
